Autograph album with signed sketches, 1901-1907.

Autograph album containing autographs of British performing artists, authors of children's books, and composers of the early 20th century, some of which are accompanied by messages, literary quotes, and musical notation. Individuals represented include F. Anstey, W. S. Gilbert, A. A. Milne, and Ellen Terry. Included in the album are signed sketches drawn in pencil, pen and ink, and watercolor by illustrators H. R. Millar, Arthur Twidle, Starr Wood and others. Several inscriptions read "to Mabel," however, the identity of the album's original owner is unknown.
